Sketch Challenge

This week at sketchesbytamara.blogspot.com, the weekly challenge was a Journaling Challenge to share with you. It comes from Anita, one of the Design Team Members.   The challenge was:


*Create a layout with Journaling that lists 10 reasons why you feel lucky.
 
I have this great photo of Kyle from last summer.  Here's the story behind this photo.  Last summer, I took Lindsey and a couple girlfriends to Fiesta Texas for Lindsey's birthday and asked Kyle to go and hang out with me (since the girls obviously weren't going to be hanging out with Mom).  So, all day, everytime we saw a character, I asked Kyle if he would go stand by Scooby Doo or whomever so I could get a photo.  He alwayus said "Heck, no, I'm not going to stand by a character and look like a dork."  (paraphrased by Mom).   Finally, toward the end of the day, I saw Wonder Woman, so I asked again in my most whiney Mom voice, "Come on, Kyle, please stand with that character so I can get ONE photo."   When he saw the character, Wonder Woman, he almost ran over to her.  He was so proud.  And I got my photo of him standing by a character (looking like a dork!).  LOL!    I did the challenge tongue in cheek from his point of view.
